StoryWij zijn een team van veranderkundigen, gestart in 2018 in Utrecht. Vanuit ons netwerk werken we nauw samen met opdrachtgevers om organisatievraagstukken te ontrafelen — van team- en organisatieontwikkelvragen tot complexe maatschappelijke uitdagingen in het publieke domein. We beginnen altijd met luisteren en gezamenlijk onderzoek, zetten snel een gedeelde analyse neer en werken praktisch aan oplossingen die getest en verankerd worden. Wat ons drijft is de combinatie van scherpe analyse en hands-on vernieuwing; we willen niet alleen adviseren maar samen met opdrachtgevers daadwerkelijk veranderen. In die samenwerking vinden we energie: weerstand ontwarren, rollen verduidelijken en duurzame organisatiekracht herstellen.
