StoryWe are 8quadrat, a Coburg-based product design studio founded in 2005. For more than a decade we’ve focused on consumer goods, furniture and capital goods, learning that great products must convince both by feel and by function. We obsess over haptics, material and implementation quality, usability and clear purpose. Early on we decided to test feasibility in the first concept phase to keep development lean and reduce costs for our clients. Our human-centered mindset — guided by aesthetics, ecology, intelligibility, ergonomics and sustainability — turns constraints into opportunities. We measure success by how a product inspires users and supports our clients’ economic goals.
