AddWeb Solution

What was the objective behind your collaboration? We hired AddWeb Solution to solve a major operational bottleneck for our platform, LeadFlow / The Modern Builder. UK council planning portals host highly unstructured documents, ranging from complex decision notices and site plans to lengthy environmental impact statements. We needed an automation partner capable of building an advanced, zero-human-review pipeline to read these documents and pull highly specific variables.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Their high-level competency in AI/ML architectures stood out. Instead of relying on generic regex or fragile OCR rules, they took the time to understand the nuances of unstructured UK public planning files and delivered a highly resilient vision-language pipeline. They possess strong communication skills and exceptional technical accountability.

Are there any areas for improvements?Nothing negative to note. They understood our complex scope easily and exceeded our technical benchmarks from day one.
