StorySeit unserer Gründung 2009 in Dortmund haben wir uns immer wieder neu erfunden — nie losgelöst von der Überzeugung, dass Technik ohne Organisationsverständnis nur halbe Arbeit leistet. Wir erinnern uns an die frühen Projekte, in denen wir als kleines Team oft als Brücke zwischen IT und Fachbereichen fungierten: Es waren die Gespräche am Whiteboard, das gemeinsame Aushandeln neuer Prozesswege und das erste Gefühl, wenn ein Konzept wirklich im Unternehmen ankam. Diese Erfahrungen prägen uns bis heute. Als Teil der Aequitas‑Gruppe seit Januar 2024 bündeln wir unsere Expertise mit rund 400 Kolleginnen und Kollegen unter der Leitung von Martin Behn und Christian Spraetz.
