Project made for Polkovo Airport in the Aviation & Aerospace industry for a B2C audience. Pulkovo Airport is an international airport that serves Saint Petersburg, Russia. In 2013, 12.9 million passengers travelled through Pulkovo, making it the third busiest airport in Russia and the Post-Soviet states. They required a corporate brochure that would summarise their offerings and personality for potential partner airlines. Part of the wider campaign also required creating an exhibition stand to engage people with Pulkovo in the most proactive way.Following the completion of the campaign, we were delighted to hear that our work had significantly contributed to the airport’s placing as the overall winner in the 2012 Routes Airport CIS Marketing Awards.
Project made for Cisco Capitol in the Technology Hardware & Equipment industry for a B2B audience.Cisco Capital offer tailored financing in technologies, markets and geographies for Cisco-based solutions worldwide.They wanted to improve how they were engaging with buyers and customers by ensuring that they were always communicating key benefits clearly. To do this, they required an inspiring brand communications guide to establish a clear and consistent tone of voice for their in-house copywriters. We held consultations and workshops with Cisco in order to fully understand their brand’s history and vision for the future, and how they currently communicate with customers.This helped us to build a practical and accurate communications guide that their team could use as a go-to reference for any written communications.In the first section of the communications guide, we delivered a clear overview of how Cisco Capital’s brand exists within the organisation, and how it approaches financial solutions and audience communications.Following this, we defined their values, core characteristics and value propositions, to fully bring the brand to life.The work expressed the key priorities held by each of the brand’s customer segments and provided intelligent examples of how to engage these groups with clear benefits offered by Cisco Capital’s financing.To ensure that Cisco Capital’s writers could use the communications guide easily and efficiently, we also provided sections that explained how to get the most out of its features and how to understand their target audience.Cisco’s communications guide was received highly positively by all members of the Cisco team and continues to form an integral part of their written communications process today.
Project made for Confidential in the Energy & Oil industry for a B2B / B2C audience.We designed a series of characters to use in an international marketing campaign.
Project made for Doff Portland in the Household Products industry for a B2C audience.Doff Portland are an independent, family-owned business, established in 1946. They’ve grown to become the UK’s largest independent manufacturer of insecticides, weed killers and garden care products. We helped them to update their look and feel with a range of brochures, catalogues and branding. We united their offering under consistent design and messaging which conveyed the core attributes of their brand to their fast developing customer base.
Project made for Experience Nottinghamshire in the Travel & Leisure industry for a B2C audience.Experience Nottinghamshire wanted its marketing communications to tell Nottingham’s stories more effectively. They required campaigns to attract more visitors to come for longer stays and they needed to manage the brand communications process to ensure consistency across their many touch points. We helped to encourage excitement around Nottingham’s offer by creating marketing communications that reflected the true values within the County, and expressed them clearly and compellingly to deliver an authentic and intriguing feel.We developed four themes – Love Local, Legends, Inspiration and Outdoors, to encompass the many tastes and interests that the city caters for, from which we created a range of marketing communications materials and messaging using the strapline ‘In Nottingham we love…’We also created guidelines to help control the way all of the elements were allowed to be utilised, whilst leaving room for plenty of creative elbow space.
Project made for Pulkovo Airport in the Travel & Leisure industry for a B2C audience.We developed a series of animated website banners that burst into life with fluttering birds, dancing ballerinas and chatting women, accompanied by the tagline, ‘Knowing Russia is Loving Russia.’This combination delivered both a charming visual experience and exceptionally clear messaging.
