Project made for Monetise Create in the Banking & Financials industry for a B2C audience in 2014.Santander (with app agency Monetise Create) wanted to develop a new monile banking app that made it easy to understand the state of your finances at a glance, with simple, colourful graphs and a focus on how and where money was spent. To accompany this new approach they needed a less formal tone of voice and language. We worked on-site, with Santander staff, and with the UX and Visual Design team at the agency.

We’ve worked with them for over a year helping them develop online assets such as reports and e-books.The company asked us to create a series of blogs to support their 2019 Business Booster Conference, which brings together corporate leaders and entrepreneurs in green energy from all over the world.
Project made for Sapient Nitro in the Banking & Financials industry for a B2C audience.HSBC wanted to help people, new to investing, find a managed portfolio that met the customer’s financial objectives and appetite for risk. They were looking to create a dedicated site that used friendly, buy legally compliant language to help people make their investment choices.The company called on digital agency Sapient Nitro to bring together a team of creatives to make it happen. We were part of that team.As an agile project, it was important to be onsite and work directly with the UX, design teams and the client themselves.
Project made for Goldex in the Banking & Financials industry for a B2C audience in 2019.Goldex is a fintech brand that allows consumers to trade gold on the world markets, in the same way as stocks and shares.They needed to develop a unique voice that spoke to people who were between 20 and 40 and looking for alternative investment opportunities. Once the voice was established, they would need web content and ongoing blog support.
