What was the objective behind your collaboration?The goal was to prepare Medipim for international growth by upgrading the Magento 2 platform, restructuring the site for multiple languages, and introducing new subscription options. Baldwin also built a flexible API for partner integrations, redesigned the website for better UX and launched a targeted marketing and advertising plan, including Google Ads, to strengthen Medipim’s visibility across new markets.
What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?We really appreciated how fast and efficiently Baldwin worked throughout the entire project. Everything ran smoothly, deadlines were met, and communication was always clear. They truly listened to our feedback and made us feel involved at every step.
