Best Byte is an Amsterdam-based technology partner helping mid-sized companies and scaleups build a solid digital foundation and then accelerate with AI and automation. We work at the intersection of business and technology. Our starting point is always the same: understand what a company actually needs before recommending anything. That means mapping processes, asking sharp questions, and cutting through the noise of vendors and hype before a single tool gets selected or built. Our work falls into two areas. First, software selection. We guide companies through choosing and implementing the right existing tools, fully independently. No vendor partnerships, no commissions, no conflict of interest. Second, AI automation. We design and build custom automations and AI-powered workflows that connect existing systems and eliminate manual work. We work with teams of 20 to 250 people, primarily in professional services and hospitality, where operational complexity tends to outpace the tech stack. Our clients don't come to us for a report. They come because they want someone to help them move and stay moving. Best Byte was founded by Matthijs den Boer and Mees Ruijgrok. Description Wij geloven dat bestaande software negentig procent van de gevallen de oplossing is. Maar soms is er een proces dat nergens in past. Een koppeling die niet bestaat. Een workflow die zo specifiek is voor jouw operatie dat geen vendor hem ooit heeft gebouwd. Op dat moment bouwen wij het zelf. Geen oplossing voor de oplossing.
