What was the objective behind your collaboration?Nieuw merk lanceren voor een nieuw product in een nieuwe markt (kernwoord: nieuw). Dat bracht ook wat onzekerheden met zich mee (want geen bestaand product in een gevestigde markt; we weten niet altijd hoe het zal gaan).

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Het enthousiasme en het groot durven denken. We hebben enkele bureaus overwogen en de reden om B&B te kiezen was omdat het groots dacht en tegelijkertijd zeer concreet (marketing is niet heel concreet). Ik heb veel van het branding proces geleerd.

Are there any areas for improvements?Er was een moment dat ik de indruk had niet helemaal op dezelfde lijn te zitten (geen ramp, is later gecorrigeerd); ons product leek niet helemaal duidelijk te zijn tijdens de brainstorm sessie.
