What was the objective behind your collaboration?The primary goal was to design and implement AI chatbot and virtual agent solution to enhance customer engagement by providing real-time, accurate, and consistent responses to routine queries while reducing the workload of live support agents. We also required the AI agent to integrate with our CRM system for customer data access and with the Huawei IPCC system to automatically redirect complex queries to live agents when needed.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?We particularly enjoyed the collaborative approach of Bravado Solutions. Their team maintained open communication, actively incorporated our feedback, and worked closely with us during development and training to fine-tune the AI model. The entire process was focused on achieving the best outcome.

Are there any areas for improvements?Given the complexity of the project, some timelines were slightly extended during the ML model fine-tuning phase, but the team maintained full transparency and delivered measurable results.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?Empire Limousine provides premium chauffeur services, managing a high-end fleet for corporate clients and private travelers across multiple cities in the U.S. With growing business, operational inefficiencies became a major challenge, manual dispatching, lack of real-time vehicle tracking, and unpredictable maintenance cycles were slowing operations and increasing costs. We needed an automated solution to streamline dispatching, gain real-time visibility, and enhance the customer experience.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Their perseverance and problem-solving approach were truly impressive. Their innovative and solution-driven approach has given us the control, visibility, and customer trust we needed to elevate our operations.

Are there any areas for improvements?We are very satisfied with the collaboration and final product. However, we faced some challenges during initial IoT device connectivity testing phase due to their remote setup, but they adapted quickly and resolved the issues efficiently.
