CHI was created 10 years ago by three partners, Simon Clemmow & Johnny Hornby & Charles Inge. It was a familiar advertising triumvirate; planner, suit and creative; and though we say it ourselves, it worked pretty well. Yet over these last ten years, huge shifts have taken place in our industry. Media fragmentation and complexity continue to accelerate. The digital revolution has transformed not only the ways consumers interact with brands but the ways teams are structured, ideas are generated and agencies are remunerated.
