Our process has five steps. (1) A one-time, very simple script install in your theme, then a baseline read. (2) A channel-by-channel diagnosis of where shoppers drop off. (3) Design and build of test variants inside your existing stack. (4) A/B tests against a control, judged on revenue per user and conversion rate. (5) Rollout of proven winners only. If a test doesn't beat the control, it doesn't ship.
Every client gets a monthly plain-English report covering what won, what lost and what's next. Losing tests are included. Strategy, analysis, design, build and reporting are all handled in-house by a team that pairs our own models and agents with senior operators.
