What was the objective behind your collaboration?Becky Gertrude Salon: As a beauty salon owner in Lagos State, I struggled for years with no-shows and last-minute cancellations that cost me time and income. I signed up for ShowUpNow's free plan, honestly not expecting much, hoping to find a way to automate bookings and get clients to commit without constant back-and-forth messaging or chasing confirmations.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Within a week I had 10 appointments booked automatically, no back-and-forth messaging, no chasing clients for confirmation. ShowUpNow collected a 30% deposit upfront before each appointment. My client showed up, of course she did, she'd already paid to hold her spot! It protects my time and income from day one.

Are there any areas for improvements?Nothing so far , it's worked exactly as promised from the start.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?Beauties Villa- As a nail tech and lash artist with 15 years of experience in London, Ontario, I dealt with no-shows and last-minute cancellations for years. I was replying to clients individually about availability and deposit percentages, and clients would walk away whenever I was busy. I signed up for ShowUpNow's free plan on a whim, honestly not expecting much.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?I posted my ShowUpNow booking link on my social media, and within three days had 10 appointments booked automatically, no back-and-forth messaging or chasing confirmations. It collected a 30% deposit upfront, so my client showed up (she'd already paid!), and I collected the balance there. Clients who can't book are placed on a waitlist and renotified if someone cancels. I don't lift a finger chasing clients, and this is just the free plan. I can't wait to see what the AI Growth Plan can do.

Are there any areas for improvements?Nothing so far. If you run a beauty or wellness business and you're tired of no-shows eating into your income, ShowUpNow is worth trying.
