StoryWij zijn Codecrea, een Gentse ploeg die sinds 2014 co-design, co-creatie en consultancy combineert om moderne communicatieparticipatie mogelijk te maken. Vanuit praktijkervaring en methodologische kennis begeleiden we transitie- en participatietrajecten waarbij we altijd streven naar inclusie: iedereen moet gehoord worden, ook wie moeilijker bereikbaar is. Het grootste leerproces voor ons was afscheid nemen van buikgevoel en consequent inzetten op data: van online bevragingen en A/B-testing tot gerichte targeting en video. We vieren kleine doorbraken — wanneer een lastig bereikbare doelgroep plots actief meedoet — en leren continu door resultaten te monitoren en terug te koppelen tijdens het proces. Die mix van creatie en systematiek is ons vakmanschap en drijft ons nog elke dag.
