What was the objective behind your collaboration?Our main goal was to bring order and visibility to our partner ecosystem. We needed a CRM that could keep up with the pace of our integrations, help us manage relationships with game studios and blockchain networks, and give our teams a clearer workflow from first contact to full deployment. Codoo-ERP’s job was to turn all of that into a single, structured system that actually supports our day-to-day work instead of slowing us down.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?What stood out most was how deeply they tried to understand our ecosystem before building anything. What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?The biggest impact came after launch, our response times to partner inquiries dropped noticeably, duplicate data entry was reduced by more than half, and our teams finally had reliable dashboards to track workload and performance. It wasn’t just a software installation; it genuinely tightened up how we work day-to-day.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?Codoo-ERP connected our e-commerce platform with Odoo so all our sales, inventory, payments, and logistics data could flow in one place. They built real-time syncing to keep stock accurate during high-volume campaigns and automated the entire order process from purchase to delivery. Our payment confirmations, refunds, and financial reports now update instantly. They also linked our warehouse and shipping partners, giving us live tracking and faster fulfillment.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?The project gave us a fully unified and automated backend that supports our fast-paced flash-sale model.
