We're a Cairns-based agency building AI integrations, business automation and custom web systems for businesses across Australia. The work covers three areas. AI integrations: document search across a firm's own files, agents that follow written procedures, and private deployments for industries where confidentiality rules out sending data to a public API. Automation: removing manual hours from quoting, reporting, onboarding and client communication, built into the systems a business already runs. Web and software: websites, ecommerce and custom applications built on Astro and deployed on Vercel, with the client owning the source code and the documentation. We run the same systems in our own business. An autonomous content pipeline, an AI-citation tracker and an invoicing system all run on Claude, built and maintained in-house. That is the reference point for what we build for clients. Recent work includes a CRM where a client's consultation answers assemble the proposal they receive, a broker platform running an entire pipeline on rules with automated compliance, and a Google Ads programme for a Far North Queensland roofing contractor.
