StoryWij zijn Corver Development — zeg maar gewoon CoDe. Toen we in 2012 in Haarlem begonnen, hadden we één ambitie: moeilijke softwareproblemen niet uit de weg gaan, maar aangrijpen. Als klein team vinden we juist energie in complexiteit; juist die ogenschijnlijk onoplosbare kwesties prikkelen ons meest. We herinneren ons nog een project waarbij een oud systeem bleef haperen en iedereen had afgehaakt; wij doken erin, ontwierpen stap voor stap een haalbare route en zagen het systeem weer tot leven komen. Die momenten — wanneer het knooppunt ontward is en alles weer soepel draait — zijn waarom we dit doen. Eenvoudig in woorden, radicaal in aanpak: kleine ploeg, grote daden.
