What was the objective behind your collaboration?We approached the team to develop a gamified mobile application for children that would help them improve their speed-reading skills through play. Our goal was to create a product that is both educational and engaging — with clear mechanics, colorful visuals, and a progression system that motivates kids to practice regularly. We needed a partner capable of handling the full development cycle.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?We were impressed by the team’s deep involvement and their ability to combine game mechanics with educational methodology. They didn’t just implement our ideas — they often suggested more effective solutions that made the learning process more enjoyable for children. The team was very responsive: any changes, even mid-production, were implemented quickly without affecting the timeline. Communication was transparent, and we always understood the current stage and decisions being made.

Are there any areas for improvements?Some early prototypes contained minor visual and animation inconsistencies, which is natural for a project like this. These issues were quickly fixed after our feedback. Perhaps involving quality assurance more closely at the earlier stages could help catch such nuances sooner. Overall, however, this did not affect the timeline or the final quality of the product.

Our goal was to create a simple, addictive game that could be used both for promotional purposes and as part of a lead generation funnel. We needed a partner who could cover the entire development process, from game mechanics to store deployment, and who would be open to quick iterations based on feedback.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?What stood out the most was the team’s responsiveness and willingness to adapt. We made several changes mid-production, and the team at Crocoapps adjusted quickly without pushing back or causing delays. Communication was clear, deadlines were respected, and the project manager kept us informed at every stage. We also appreciated the creative input the team provided — some of their suggestions actually made the game better than we originally imagined.

Are there any areas for improvements?There were a few small bugs in the early test builds, but they were resolved quickly after being reported. It might be helpful if the QA process were more proactive during the early development stages to catch these issues sooner. Still, it didn’t affect our timeline or final quality.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?My partner and I approached Crocoapps because we were looking for an agency that shared our values first and foremost. We need all the communication and digital tools that a young company needs.
