StoryWir bei currents & tides sind überzeugt, dass starre Strukturen in lebendige Organisationsformen verwandelt werden können. Seit wir ab 2014 sukzessive Kompetenzen für agile Organisationen, Führungsarbeit und Collaboration aufgebaut haben, begleiten wir im DACH-Raum Unternehmen und Nonprofit-Organisationen auf dem Weg zur Potenzialentfaltung. 2019 haben wir unseren Sitz in Basel etabliert, um diese Haltung fokussiert zu leben. Unsere Arbeit begann oft mit einer sorgfältigen Erkundung von Sinn und Zweck, gefolgt von achtsam gestalteten Übergängen: co-kreative Prozesse, gezielte Experimente und Interventionen, die Energie, Zufriedenheit und Freude freisetzen. Wir lernen ständig dazu, weil echte Transformation Zeit, Respekt für die Eigenzeit der Organisation und partnerschaftliche Gestaltung verlangt.
