Designdialog – Making knowledge visible, enabling change Designdialog is a Cologne-based agency for communication design, strategy, and development with a clear mission: We combat knowledge loss in organizations and create the fertile ground for sustainable change. The problem we solve: Knowledge loss is one of the biggest hidden cost factors in companies. Employees spend 24% of their working time searching for information, replacing management positions costs up to 200% of the annual salary, and valuable knowledge is irretrievably lost upon departure. Our approach: We focus on continuous dialogue instead of isolated actions. Through visual communication, structured knowledge transfer, and people as multipliers, we make complex content understandable and sustainably usable.     Unter User Experience zählen wir nicht nur das Verhalten in einer bestimmten Applikation. Der Kontext der Nutzung wird auf ganzheitliche Art und Weise mit bedacht. Dabei haben wir uns darauf spezialisiert ressourcenschonende Lösungen zu konzipieren und zu entwickeln. What was the objective behind your collaboration?Die Agentur hat uns geholfen in eine Designskizze für ein Themen-Framework zu erstellen und so aufzubereiten, dass wir dieses in einer Microsite einbinden können. Die Zusammenarbeit erfolgte in einem kreativen und iterativen Prozess in welcher die Designskizze nach einem ersten Aufschlag nach und nach verfeinert und weitere Wünsche angepasst wurde.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Die Zusammenarbeit mit designdialog war sehr angenehm und kollegial. Die Agentur war zu jedem Zeitpunkt gut zu erreichen und hat unsere Anpassungswünsche sofort und zu unserer Zufriedenheit umgesetzt. Beeindruckend war die Möglichkeit live den Sketching Prozess beobachten zu können und zu sehen wie parallel zur Diskussion erste Skizzen entstehen.
