StoryWir sind doubleYUU – 2009 in Hamburg gegründet und seitdem getrieben von der Überzeugung, dass digitale Transformation mehr ist als Technik: Es ist eine strategische und kulturelle Herausforderung. Unter der Führung von Dr. Willms Buhse haben wir als kompaktes Team früh gelernt, dass nachhaltiger Wandel nur in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Kunden gelingt. Oft begannen Workshops mit Skepsis, endeten aber in konkreten Prioritäten, neuen Transformations-Teams und einer spürbaren Beschleunigung von Prozessen. Besonders stolz sind wir darauf, mittelständische Marktführer und DAX-Unternehmen durch Keynotes, Potenzialanalysen, agile Methoden, Führungsentwicklung und OKR-Einführungen in die digitale Zukunft zu führen.
