Ecom Majesty is a boutique Shopify CRO agency. We find where a store loses sales and build the fix: conversion research, UX design and Shopify development in one team, so recommendations ship instead of waiting in another team's backlog. Most projects start with a free 20-minute call, then our conversion diagnostic: about two weeks of analytics and tracking checks, session recordings, a short customer survey and a technical check of speed, apps and theme code. It ends with a ranked list of fixes, each with its evidence, effort and how it will be measured, which the client keeps. We then design and build the fixes, measure them against a dated baseline, or by A/B test where there are enough orders, and continue month by month where there is useful work. Recent work: for CACTi PCs, a UK gaming-PC retailer, we migrated the theme, rebuilt the product page and built a custom PC configurator; store-wide orders tripled (+212%) in the first year of the engagement against the 12 months before (observed, not solely attributable). For Creative Lab Amsterdam we rebuilt a made-to-measure wallpaper store; Black Friday week conversion went from 0.50% to 1.28% year on year. Description Conversion research and UX design for Shopify stores. After a free 20-minute call, our conversion diagnostic takes about two weeks: analytics and tracking checks, session recordings, a short customer survey and a technical check of speed, apps and theme code. The diagnostic starts from €1,500 and its fee is credited in full against a fixed-scope build of €5,000 or more signed within 30 days.
