What was the objective behind your collaboration?The main goal was to create a strong brand film for SyncCloud that could work across multiple markets and clearly communicate the company’s brand and capabilities. We needed a production partner who could coordinate Seoul and Hanoi, work closely with our Korean Director and creative team, and maintain consistent quality across both locations. Staying efficient and within budget was also important, while managing local permits and drone permissions in Vietnam.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?What I enjoyed most was how easy and efficient the collaboration was. EM Productions understood what we needed from the start, communicated clearly, and handled the production details without creating extra work for our team. Even though we were working across Seoul and Hanoi, everything felt well coordinated and professional. The team was also very responsive and solution oriented, which made the entire production much more enjoyable.

They understand the level of quality, communication, and attention to detail that Japanese companies expect while also having deep knowledge of how to execute complex productions in Vietnam. Their professionalism gave us complete confidence throughout the project, and they consistently delivered work that exceeded our expectations.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?EM Productions produced a Shanghai corporate video and photography project showcasing our facilities, people, workplace culture, and architecture. They handled planning, filming, photography, and post production. Deliverables included a corporate brand video and a library of professional images for marketing, recruitment, and corporate communications.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?The content was widely adopted across our marketing and communications efforts and helped improve how we presented our business externally. Following the launch, inquiries related to the featured business areas increased by nearly 130%, and the content continues to support sales and business development activities.
