What was the objective behind your collaboration?We were in need of a web app for our car service business. We wanted something that would let our customers book services, see their service history, get reminders, and check car details online. The app needed to connect with our system so updates would show right away. It was also very important that the app was easy to use on both phones and computers, and that all customer and car information stayed safe and private.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?We liked that Emirates Graphic was very good at solving problems. When something was not working, they stayed calm and found a smart way to fix it. They understood our work and gave us good ideas to make the web app better. They asked the right questions and always explained things clearly. If there was a problem, they fixed it fast. Their team worked hard and made the whole project go smoothly from beginning to end.

Are there any areas for improvements?No, we were happy with everything. The Emirates Graphic team did a great job from start to finish. The web app worked well, looked good, and had everything we needed. Their team was easy to talk to, quick to help, and always explained things clearly. We had no problems during the project. We are very pleased with the work they did and would gladly work with them again.

Are there any areas for improvements?The whole project went smoothly, and we were happy with the final result. One small thing to improve could be more training or simple videos to help us use the admin side of the website. But overall, Emirates Graphic was very supportive and answered all our questions quickly. They were always there when we needed help, which made everything easier for us.
