What was the objective behind your collaboration?We needed a complete website redesign for our specialized eyewear repair business. As the only eyeglass repair service with ISO 13485 certification in Switzerland, we required a website that would reflect our quality assurance standards and Swiss precision craftsmanship while being accessible to both private customers and industry professionals.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?From the very beginning, Emre prioritized understanding our business model and pain points. He took the time to comprehend the technical complexity of our services and nature of our Swiss precision craftsmanship. What impressed us most was Emre's strategic approach. Rather than jumping straight into design, he conducted thorough research into our industry and value proposition. This allow us to have a visually strong and highly effective website that represents MicroRep's service quality.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?Fulser specializes in natural personal care products including shampoos, anti-aging creams, and treatment products. We offer our hair care brand Tresan with different origins (Germany, Poland and Turkey) and wide range portfolio of products. Also manage the distribution of Kräuterhof and M.Asam in territory of Turkey. We needed comprehensive design support for digital marketing materials, print collateral, and packaging design to strengthen their market presence.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Emre was a very valuable partner throughout our 6-year collaboration. He demonstrated professionalism and creative insight, always taking care to understand our brand requirements. His work on digital marketing materials, print designs, and packaging significantly helped us communicate our brand story effectively. We appreciated his ability to listen to our needs and translate them into designs that resonated well with our customers.
