The Event Masters team is primarily here to listen. Together we will dive into your corporate culture and translate your wish, idea and briefing into a creative and memorable event. After all, a tailormade event also deserves a tailormade budget. We are constantly working on fair and transparent partnerships with our customers: “What you see is what you get.” Our vision? Event Masters wants to be a structural partner of its clients. Event Masters wants to be a Great Place to Work. We don’t believe in a traditional hierarchical structure where employees perform labour in exchange for a salary. Being glad to come to work is a requirement. At Event Masters, we as a company want to be a structural partner for our employees, providing opportunities and the possibility to further develop talent. Invariably we prefer a long-term relationship with our clients and employees. Our sector is truly a “people business”. We are a company that provides a service, and we don’t like to speak of a customer-supplier relationship with our clientele. We prefer to speak of a collaboration or partnership. Our clients need to be able to trust us and feel good with us. We also see this as a major responsibility. Organising events is in our blood and is our natural habitat. That is often not the case for our clients, however. Organising an event can stress them out and push them out of their comfort zone. Moreover, it is often the most important time of the year for the company. The annual staff party or teambuilding is something that most employees look forward to year after year. It is our responsibility and duty to make every project a success and to make our contribution to the client as a Great Place to Work. Every event is unique, whether it is a recent event or not. It is a unique moment for that one client or participant. A collaboration with Event Masters or one of its employees will always be a positive experience. Our team of Masters: teamwork makes the dream work. What makes Event Masters truly unique? That would be the team. Each department is full of experts in their field. Creative thinkers and practical doers. The team consists of more than 45 colleagues. All with passion and drive for the profession. That enthusiasm really makes an enormous difference.
