StoryNous sommes Exaeco, une équipe fondée à Lille en 2014. Depuis nos débuts, nous développons l'innovation sociale, le dialogue et l'intelligence collective pour accompagner la mutation des organisations, des modèles économiques et des pratiques managériales. Ce qui nous anime, c'est de faire émerger des conversations utiles et des démarches partagées : un atelier spontané avec des équipes diverses nous a appris que la transformation naît souvent d'une écoute sincère. Nous aimons structurer ces moments d'échange pour qu'ils deviennent des leviers concrets de changement. Chaque projet est l'occasion de remettre en question les routines, d'expérimenter ensemble et de bâtir des pratiques managériales plus adaptatives et responsables.
