What was the objective behind your collaboration?We needed a Salesforce consulting partner to help us improve our CRM setup, streamline sales and support workflows, and create a more reliable structure for reporting, automation, and future integrations.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?What we appreciated most was their structured and practical approach. The ForceFolks team first understood our business process, data flow, and internal needs before moving into configuration. Communication was clear, technical decisions were well explained, and the collaboration felt organized from start to finish.

Are there any areas for improvements?There were no major issues during the collaboration. A slightly more detailed onboarding document at the beginning would make it even easier for internal stakeholders who are less familiar with Salesforce to follow the process.
