I just wanted to drop you a line to really thank you for all the work that you and your colleagues put in to get us to this point. The initial feedback internally on all the new branding has been incredibly positive, and your work on the brands’ positioning and messaging has been enormously important, especially for the Minstead Trust brand which is helping us to envisage how we can inhabit the space that we knew we wanted to move into. You have absolutely given us the tools to do that. Personally I am finding the positivity of the Minstead Trust logo really uplifting, as it starts to pop up everywhere. It was a big job which asked a lot in terms of consistently reflecting the Trust values in different settings, but also establishing a brand architecture that gives each brand and sub-brand its own space. Matt and I have really enjoyed working with you and appreciated your patience as we worked our way through all the considerations.

We are so pleased with the outcome of the LLT rebrand, the Frost team did an amazing job translating our vision and values into something that is cohesive, interesting, and refreshing as well as giving us a strong identity to our external stakeholders. They are also great to work with!
