StoryAls erfahrene Unternehmensbegleiter haben wir uns 2020 in Hamburg zur Gilde Agile Organisationsentwicklung e.V. zusammengeschlossen. Aus der Überzeugung, dass agile Haltung mehr ist als Methoden, haben wir begonnen, gemeinsame Führungs- und Organisationsprinzipien zu schärfen und praktikable Werkzeuge zu entwickeln. Anfangs war es ein stetiger Abstimmungsprozess — unterschiedliche Praxiserfahrungen, ein gemeinsames Qualitätsverständnis zu formen. Diese Arbeit hat uns gelehrt, wie wichtig Transparenz für Auftraggeber ist: klare Qualitätsunterschiede, nachvollziehbare Empfehlungen und verlässliche Standards. Heute stehen wir für eine beratende Perspektive, die Haltung, Methoden und Qualität verbindet. Wir teilen unsere Erkenntnisse offen miteinander und mit unseren Kund:innen, um gemeinsam bessere Strukturen zu schaffen.
