What was the objective behind your collaboration?We operate in the grocery delivery space, helping customers order everyday essentials directly through mobile. The platform connects users with personal shoppers and delivery services, with a strong focus on convenience and fast turnaround times. We wanted to improve the overall mobile experience and make the ordering process feel more reliable and easier to navigate. A big focus for us was reducing friction during checkout and improving how users track orders in real time.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?We saw stronger user engagement after the updates rolled out, especially during repeat orders. Checkout completion improved, and support tickets related to order tracking and status confusion went down noticeably. The app also performed more consistently during peak traffic periods

Are there any areas for improvements?What stood out was that they paid attention to operational side challenges as well and not just the customer-facing experience. They seemed to understand the small delays affected both shoppers and end users in a business. There were a few moments where testing could have happened a bit earlier before deployment, especially for edge cases during heavy usage.
