What was the objective behind your collaboration?We partnered with the agency to redesign our corporate digital presence and establish a world-class website that meets international standards while maintaining our Korean brand identity. The objective was to create a platform that resonates with both domestic Korean clients and global markets across Asia-Pacific and beyond.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Exceptional professionalism and strategic thinking. The team demonstrated deep understanding of UX/UI best practices across different markets (Korean, Japanese, Southeast Asian standards). What impressed us most was their ability to balance aesthetic excellence with conversion optimization, and their proactive approach to cross-cultural design considerations. The communication was transparent, timely, and they consistently delivered beyond expectations.

Are there any areas for improvements?Minor point: Given the complexity of multi-regional deployment, slightly more upfront documentation on localization roadmap would have been helpful. That said, they were very responsive when we raised this mid-project. No significant areas for improvement—they're already operating at a world-class level.
