StoryWij zijn I Am Consultancy. Met onze ervaring, passie en kennis begeleiden we organisaties, teams en professionals bij ontwikkeling, verandering en het behalen van concrete doelen. Vaak beginnen we met een eenvoudig inzicht: successen groeien uit herkenning en benutting van aanwezige kwaliteiten. Eén project liet dat helder zien: een team dat vastliep werd energiek door focus op kwaliteiten in plaats van op tekortkomingen. Die eenvoud en mensgerichte aanpak drijft ons — we adviseren en begeleiden bij het optimaal inzetten, verbinden en ontwikkelen van kwaliteiten.
