What was the objective behind your collaboration?The primary objective of our collaboration with ILV was to implement a recruiting and employer branding project. As a Berlin-based handyman company, we aimed to strengthen our brand and attract top talent to our team. ILV was tasked with helping us develop and effectively communicate our employer brand.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?We particularly enjoyed the excellent communication and coordination, especially through Slack. The agency's creativity and collaboration across various areas were impressive. Our partnership was always on equal footing and very cooperative, even extending beyond professional interactions. ILV adhered to deadlines and understood our needs and industry deeply. Their pitches and presentations were thoughtful, well-structured, and they were flexible with last-minute adjustments.

Are there any areas for improvements?Currently, there are no specific areas that need improvement. The collaboration went smoothly, and our expectations were exceeded.
