What was the objective behind your collaboration?We hired Idea Usher to build an AI-driven education platform for stock market and investment learning, with adaptive content generation and intelligent learning flows.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?They had a strong understanding of AI, system architecture, and product requirements. The team clearly understood how to apply LLMs, RAG pipelines, and adaptive logic in a real product setting, and were able to translate complex ideas into practical solutions. They actively contributed to both technical and product-level decisions throughout the project.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?We wanted to build a fintech app that was secure, reliable, and actually usable for real customers. Our biggest concern was getting the logic, compliance flow, and performance right, not just a good looking app. We partnered with Idea Usher to turn our idea into a working product while avoiding common fintech mistakes like poor UX, unclear flows, and technical gaps.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?What I appreciated most was how involved they were. They didnt treat us like just another project. They challenged our assumptions, flagged risks early, and explained why certain fintech decisions could create problems later. There were moments where they stopped us from making choices that would have cost us money in the long run. Communication felt honest, not rushed, and we always knew where things stood. That trust made a big difference.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?Our goal was to build a SaaS platform that allows businesses to manage subscription analytics and automate their billing workflows in real time. The system tracks user behavior, generates insightful reports, supports multiple payment gateways, and handles recurring billing with ease. We needed a team that truly understood the SaaS landscape, both in terms of functionality and user experience. Idea Usher stood out because of their ability to deliver complete, end-to-end solutions.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?To be honest, the collaboration felt really smooth and well structured from the very beginning. The Idea Usher team was transparent throughout the process and made sure we were aligned at every step, from discovery workshops to the final product rollout. We really appreciated how responsive and open they were to our feedback. The UI/UX design, in particular, is one of the highlights, it’s modern, intuitive, and perfectly suited for our B2B users. Their design team truly nailed it.

Are there any areas for improvements?Overall, the project went well, but there were some delays with the billing automation feature. It took longer than expected to finalize, which affected our timeline. However, the team was very professional about it, they took responsibility and even refunded part of the payment for the delay. We appreciated their honesty and commitment to making things right.
