StoryWe founded the Institute for Digital Out of Home Media in 2022 in Munich because the DOOH sector needed a single, credible hub. From day one we teamed up with the Digital Media Institute, Goldbach Germany and Ströer to bring providers and customers together. Our early challenge was uniting fragmented players around common standards and reliable audience measurement — a mission that led us to create working groups and collaborate with Joint Industry Committees on the Market Media Study for Public & Private Screens. We run congresses, training courses, webinars and the DOOH Creative Challenge to raise awareness and sharpen practice. Every event and study reinforces our belief: a connected, transparent DOOH market benefits everyone.
