StorySeit unserer Gründung 2021 in Garching treiben wir bei In4m Consulting eine klare Idee voran: Komplexität reduzieren und Entwicklungsprozesse nachhaltiger machen – besonders für die Mobilität von morgen. Wir erinnern uns an erste Projekte, in denen fragmentierte Prozesse und unterschiedliche Toollandschaften uns vor Herausforderungen stellten; genau diese Herausforderungen haben unseren Antrieb geformt. Schritt für Schritt halfen wir Teams, modellbasiertes Systems Engineering, ASPICE-Assessment-Methoden und sicherheitskritische Normen wie ISO 26262 pragmatisch zu integrieren. Dabei geht es uns nicht um schnelle Lösungen, sondern um echte, dauerhafte Veränderungen: neue Organisationsstrukturen, klare Absicherungsstrategien und schlankere Abläufe. Wir sind stolz darauf, unsere Kunden authentisch und professionell auf diesem Weg zu begleiten.
