Index AMS
Index AMS is a GPS-verified attendance management
Index AMS is a GPS-verified attendance management platform designed to help organizations manage employee attendance, shifts, leave, and workforce records with greater accuracy and control. The platform uses geofencing to verify employee check-ins at designated work locations, helping reduce remote check-ins and buddy punching. Index AMS supports 24/7 operations, overnight and split shifts, configurable attendance policies, leave and quota management, manager-authorized attendance, and multi-company workforce management. Its Android mobile app enables field and on-site employees to check in, request leave, view balances, and submit attendance corrections directly from their phones. The platform also provides payroll and audit reports covering attendance summaries, monthly registers, time corrections, leave records, rosters, and device-based attendance audits. Index AMS is built for a range of operational environments, including manufacturing, construction, retail chains, hospitals, educational institutes, and security companies. By combining location verification, automated attendance tracking, mobile accessibility, and reporting tools, Index AMS helps organizations create more reliable workforce records and simplify day-to-day attendance administration.
