Intelisoft is a UK software company that builds custom AI solutions and the products around them. We work with startups and established businesses in the US, UK and Europe, from healthcare and insurance to fintech, retail and B2B services. We've delivered more than 100 projects. A growing share of them are AI: copilots that draft documents while people work, AI agents that handle routine requests and approvals, and automation that pulls data from old and new systems into one clear view. One recent example drafts clinical notes while a doctor talks to the patient. Another helps a regional insurer process prior authorization requests in hours instead of days. We use AI where it actually helps, and leave critical decisions to people. Before we write any code, we spend time with the people who will use the product: operations teams, support staff, managers and end users. Software fails when it ignores how people really work, and we'd rather find that out in week one than after launch. Our team is small on purpose. Most of our engineers are senior, and one team handles product, design, development, QA and DevOps. You talk to the people doing the work, not to a chain of managers.
