iReadCustomer is an AI development company and software house in Greater Bangkok (Pathum Thani), Thailand, founded in 2023. We build AI agents, LINE and Facebook chat assistants, document-reading AI and custom business software for Thai SMEs and enterprises. We start with one job your team repeats every day, then build a small trial connected to your own data and systems. We test that trial on real examples you choose, and it only goes live once it passes. Risky actions always need a human to approve them. At handover you get the code, configuration, test results and a runbook, and the AI and cloud accounts stay in your name. We price transparently by man-day from THB 7,990, with projects from THB 50,000. Recent work includes Akon AI (input-VAT and P.P.36 checks), Konkui (one inbox for LINE, Facebook and Instagram), and sentiment analytics for Krungsri and SCG.
