KAIA Design is an independent digital studio and web design agency based in Eastbourne, East Sussex, combining Web Design & Development, E-commerce, SEO & Search Visibility, AI Search Visibility, Website Care & Management and Photography & Content. Our studio roots date back to 2008 through EART Design / Evident Art. KAIA Design was established in 2011 and initially operated alongside Evident Art, before gradually becoming the main studio brand as our work, clients and projects consolidated under KAIA Design. Today, KAIA Design is run by Kaja Bis and Tomasz Bis. We design, develop and support WordPress, WooCommerce and PrestaShop websites and e-commerce platforms, including redesigns, custom functionality, migrations, performance optimisation, security, technical recovery, checkout and payment troubleshooting and long-term PrestaShop support. Our search work covers Technical SEO, Local SEO, E-commerce SEO, content strategy, site architecture, internal linking, structured data and entity clarity, helping businesses improve visibility across Google Search and Google Maps. We also work with AI Search Visibility and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), strengthening website structure, content and entity signals to support discovery across Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT and Gemini. Website Care & Management includes performance optimisation, security, backups, monitoring, troubleshooting, updates, migrations, recovery and ongoing technical support for WordPress, WooCommerce and PrestaShop. Our wider work includes branding, product and project photography, 360° product content, selected corporate video and motion design. Based in Eastbourne, we work across East Sussex, the South East of England, London and the wider UK, as well as selected international clients.
