Kanopi ICT is a Malaysian managed service provider looking after the IT that small and mid-sized businesses depend on. We work as the IT department for companies that do not have one, and as backup for the ones that do. Our managed IT plans cover remote helpdesk, PC and notebook troubleshooting, patch and update management, endpoint protection, and monthly health reporting. Pricing is per user and adjusts as your headcount changes, so you are not locked into a contract sized for a company you used to be. Beyond day to day support we handle cyber security, Microsoft 365 deployment and licence management, cloud storage and backup, new office IT infrastructure setup and relocation, and system integration work. We are based in KL Metropolis and cover Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley, including Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya and Shah Alam.
