StoryDesde Santurtzi, en 2015 iniciamos Kemendu Projects con una idea clara: acompañar a empresas e instituciones a pensar antes de actuar. Nos apasiona diseñar estrategias sólidas que guíen campañas de marketing, comunicación y servicios globales. Cada proyecto comienza con preguntas —sobre modelo de negocio, procesos comerciales y la calidad de las relaciones con clientes, proveedores y equipo— porque creemos que la estrategia es la base de cualquier resultado efectivo. No trabajamos solos: colaboramos con partners como Polite Creations y Gaia Investigación para sumar diseño y análisis de mercado cuando hacen falta. Si hace falta, además de planear, también ejecutamos. Lo que nos mueve es ver cómo una buena planificación transforma la relación entre una organización y su público.
