What we do: - Technical audits and architecture reviews: rapid insight into an existing environment, with a clear overview of technical risks, technical debt and improvement opportunities, plus concrete priorities. - Redesign and modernisation: incremental migrations towards a stable, scalable and maintainable architecture, without halting ongoing operations. - Building new applications from scratch using fit for purpose technology having maintainability and cost efficiency as first piority. - Maintenance and further development: corrective and preventive maintenance, updates and security patches, alongside the continued expansion of functionality. - Quality assurance: automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring and performance optimisation. - AI-assisted development under control: AI coding agents make development faster, but without direction they also produce technical debt and security risks at speed. We steer AI-driven development with architectural guardrails, coding standards, code reviews and security assessments, so speed does not come at the expense of quality. - Rescuing AI-generated applications: an application built quickly with AI that works but is hard to maintain, secure or scale? We assess the codebase, identify the risks and bring it to a production-ready level. Technology: Java and Spring Boot, TypeScript, React and Next.js, AWS and Vercel, event-driven architecture and Kafka, integrations via APIs and messaging.
