Læyrd is a hospitality branding and direct booking studio for independent vacation rental owners, boutique cabin operators, and boutique hotel owners losing revenue to OTA commissions on Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com. We build the brand and infrastructure that move guests off the platforms. Every property we work with keeps a larger share of each booking, owns the guest relationship, and stops competing on price inside a marketplace. Our flagship offer is the Booked Direct Brand System. It combines brand identity, a direct booking website, ad and email campaign creatives, merch and packaging, and social media management into one revenue-focused build. Intake is capped at three clients per month to protect quality. We serve short-term rental operators across Tennessee, Texas, North Carolina, and the Blue Ridge corridor, with completed work including KAB-INNS, a cabin micro-resort in the Smoky Mountains.
