What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Das Team besteht durchweg aus hochprofessionellen und sympathischen Individuen, die auf ihrem Gebiet merkbare Expertise verkörpern und diese sehr sehr gut vermitteln können. Zudem trauen sie sich "nein" zu unvorteilhaften Ideen zu sagen - das macht die Zusammenarbeit besonders angenehm.

What was the objective behind your collaboration?LAUDO hat uns bei dem Re-Launch der CI begleitet und in diesem Rahmen die Website neu gestaltet. Durch diese Zusammenarbeit und den kreativen und professionellen Blick von Außen konnten wir unsere Marke schärfen und auffrischen.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Am meisten Spaß hat uns gemacht die Schnelligkeit, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit von LAUDO. Wir konnten jederzeit Fragen stellen, die auf Augenhöhe beantwortet wurden. Technischen Herausforderungen begegnete LAUDO immer lösungsorientiert und mit viel Know-how.

Are there any areas for improvements?Uns hätte es gefreut, die Agentur öfter live zu treffen, online Meetings sind zwar effektiv aber der persönliche Kontakt vielleicht 1x im Quartal wäre schön gewesen. Dennoch haben wir ja so das Projekt in einer unglaublich schnellen Zeit mit herausragenden Resultat gemeinsam umgesetzt.
