What was the objective behind your collaboration?I ordered a website from LKnet. It was for my SaaS brand and we had a rebrand going on.
What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?In terms of the website development, I couldn't say there was anything enjoyable. It all started weird since they were not answering our emails from the beginning when we wanted to give them feedback, LKNET said their developer Ivan is too experienced for feedback. Then when contacting the CEO Luka, he just yelled and called us names (in a childish way).
Are there any areas for improvements?Then they asked for us to pay for the work without giving a full overview of the project together with a team member, without any calls. They just said their developer Ivan doesn't do calls. What is that about? Then they delivered us a broken non-working site which made us delay all of our marketing plans for our rebrand. I have never had a worse experience.
