StoryNous sommes LUC — Laboratoire d'Usages Collaboratifs. Depuis notre création en 2016 en Belgique, nous mettons le design au service de l’innovation sociale. Chaque projet commence par l’envie de rendre les parties prenantes actrices : citoyens, équipes internes, partenaires locaux. Nous avons bâti notre démarche en animant des ateliers où l’intelligence collective fait surgir des idées concrètes, puis en concevant des outils sur mesure pour ancrer ces idées dans la réalité du terrain. Ce qui nous anime, c’est l’alliance entre rigueur méthodologique et créativité conviviale : mêler design de service, design participatif, graphisme et sciences humaines pour créer des solutions qui tiennent compte des usages réels.
