From day one we focused on hands-on methods—teaching Design Thinking and Running Lean, coaching pioneering projects and their sponsors, and shaping Innovation Labs where new ideas can thrive. We’ve learned to balance structured coaching with the messy reality of employee-driven ideas—some modest, some transformational. Our passion is helping leaders and teams build repeatable practices, stage meaningful customer experiences, and create environments where experimentation is normal. Every workshop, lab or coaching session is driven by that belief: capability beats ad-hoc inspiration every time.
