What was the objective behind your collaboration?We wanted to stop answering the same customer questions by hand every day. We needed an assistant on our Shopify store that could answer customers in their own language about products, prices, shipping and order status.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?The assistant only answers from our real data, and when it doesn't know something it says so instead of guessing, so we trust it with customers. Communication was quick and clear, and we could test a working version early.

Are there any areas for improvements?Nothing major. A few product names needed small adjustments after launch, and they were fixed the same day.
